There are 54 embroidery machines: 3 Japan Behringer embroidery
machines, 2 Japan Tajima embroidery machines, 49 Tnworks
and Daewoo embroidery machines with 914 gear ends which
can produce colorful embroidering products of 9-pin and
12-pin. The largest computer capability of the embroidery
machines is 1 million pins and the largest breadth is
60cm*88cm. According to special designs, the larger breadth
can be embroidered by spreading embroidery or jointing
embroidery. In addition, there are 2 gantry-notching presses
and 2 Shenqi rubber film peeling machines. All of above
equipments establish a good base for improving the grade
of embroidery products.
Processed Products：Mainly embroider towel, floor
towel, knitting garment and jeans as well as bedding,
bathroom curtain, tablecloth and craftworks. It can carry
out solid embroidery, chenille embroidery, cross embroidery,
aqueous fusion embroidery and the other special embroidery
methods. The finished stitches are well proportioned,
fine and soft and have strong third dimension. They can
improve the product grade and strengthen aesthetic feeling.
The company also imported Tajima7.0 plate making system
and 5 computer plate making machines which deposit rich
designs and patterns for customers to select and design.
